Binding Moratorium - Tropical Storm Beryl
Effective Friday, July 5th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. EST, London Underwriters has issued a binding moratorium for all new policies requiring windstorm and property coverage in Texas.
The moratorium applies to both Commercial and Residential property lines of business requiring windstorm and/or property coverage, including but not limited to the following products: Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Cargo, and Yachts.
This binding moratorium applies to new business and expired renewals, as well as new additions and/or exposure or limit increases to existing policies. We will communicate any further updates regarding this binding moratorium via email, social media, and our website.
