How to File a Claim

At London Underwriters, we understand that filing a claim can be overwhelming. Whether you’re an agent submitting a claim on behalf of your client or an insured filing directly, we’re here to support you through every step of the process to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.


To file a claim, click here to complete the Notice of Loss Form. Our team will promptly review your submission and contact you if additional details are needed to ensure your claim is processed efficiently.


If the form isn’t the best option for you, don’t worry. You can also email the details to claims@londonuw.com, including the following information:


  • Agency/Agent Name

  • Insured Name

  • Claim Reported By

  • Insured Contact Info (phone number and email)

  • Address/Location of Loss

  • Name of Insurance Company

  • Policy Number

  • Effective Date of Policy

  • Date of Loss

  • Loss Amount 

  • Cause of Loss

  • Description of Loss


*Please provide all requested info and any photos or evidence, if available. If details are missing, you can still submit the claim, and we may follow up for more information.
